The Capacity-Building Program “Linha de Encontro”, by Évora_27 in partnership with CIMAC, launches a new cycle, with thematic sessions directed at the artistic and cultural sector of Alentejo.

The program targets cultural agents based in Alentejo — artists, cultural structures, technicians, and other professionals in the sector — promoting their cohesion and collaboration.

Depending on the number of available spots in each session, the type of training (theoretical, practical, or workshop), and the capacity of each venue, priority will be given to cultural agents based in Central Alentejo, the area of CIMAC’s intervention. Participants from other sub-regions will be admitted in order of registration and up to the venue’s capacity or participation limit set by the trainers or the type of training.

This cycle of sessions aims to strengthen and build capacities in the cultural sector, helping it become better prepared to respond to societal and environmental challenges, more cohesive, better informed, technically skilled, and genuinely inclusive.

The initiative also seeks to contribute specifically to the implementation of projects selected through Évora_27’s open call “A Nossa Vez/Our Turn,” whose results will be announced in March 2026, as well as to the development of new cultural projects within Évora_27 or other national and European programs.

The thematic sessions of “Linha de Encontro” run from March to December, lasting either half a day or a full day, and rotate across multiple municipalities.

Participation is free, with registration required for each session.
A certificate of participation will be issued per session.
